Have Some Respect For Breakfast
Do you respect breakfast? More than 60 percent of consumers say it is “too hard” to find the time to have breakfast as a family1. This struck me as odd, but it made me think about the way I thought about breakfast, and the way that many of my peers did, and since it’s 2010, I did some research. The more I read about breakfast the more I became convinced that I was not eating enough, and that piece of toast you had probably isn’t either. For a few months now I had experienced bad crashes at the end of the day, and according to about.com this is a side effect of not fueling up in the morning, and causing my brain to run out of power. Ayers and I are still doing the Caveman, so the new breakfast plan had to be in line with that. I was thinking about adding toast, but that would hinder my 20% to early in the day. And for anyone who feels like they dont have time to whip this up in the AM, it will take you literally ten minutes from walking in to the kitchen to walking out with food. Plus, what’s more important wasting your afternoon yawning, or spending ten minutes in the morning?

Man, I love a good breakfast! But don't show me food until about 9AM cause I can't eat right when I get up. And looking at you I would say the last thing you want to do is skip a meal! You need to put some weight on dude!
